SM City Rosales, SM's 32nd Supermall and the first mall in Pangasinan will serve shoppers from Pangasinan, Tarlac, Dagupan, Urdaneta, Nueva Ecija, and Ilocos. SM Hypermarket, one of it's anchors opened today along with 27 other tenants.
